Request For Print

1. How to place your printing indent(s)?

A client (any Government ministry, department or agency) has to submit a Memorandum directed to the Director of Printing which details out the requirements of the printing indent(s) such as the job description(s) and specification(s) together with samples and any other necessary matters. The memorandum shall also include an assigned person(s) as officer-in-charge, whom can be contacted easily.

3. Ready For Collection

GPD will inform officer-in-charge once the requested printed materials are ready for delivery. A Client may call Indents and Delivery Section for any inquiries related to their print requests.

4. Delivery Service

GPD offers a door-to-door delivery service to its clients who cannot provide a suitable transport. GPD however encourages its clients to collect their printed materials at the Delivery Sections.

Clients have to endorse a Delivery Order Form to confirm delivery of printed materials.
